I work with clients in a number of different ways, depending on their requirements. From one-to-one Mentoring through to a full Fractional CRO service, there are multiple services I can offer.

One-to-one Mentoring

I work with Startup Founders or Sales Leaders looking to build confidence, understanding and to overcome hurdles or challenges. Work with me for 3 months, or over multiple quarters.

Team Training

I will work with your Sales, Marketing or Customer Success team on customised training that will motivate, energise and develop them. I can also work with your whole team on training for Growth Mindset; Innovation; Creativity or the Lean Methodology.

Fractional CRO Service

I work with a small number of early-stage companies, acting as a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer for an extended period, working on building out the team, embedding processes, and setting the strategic direction of the company's revenue function.

GTM Strategy Development
